Click on the
button to enter the User Module.

Click on the
button to open the Browse Employees window. This
window contains a list of all the employees in the
employee file.

Select and highlight an employee from whom you wish to subtract
daily hours.

Select the Payroll -
Daily Hours option to open the Browse Daily Employee Hours window.
This window contains a list of all the daily hours records belonging
to the selected employee.

- The From Date is the date from which the daily hours are
viewed and may be changed by clicking on the
button and selecting a new date from the calendar provided.

- Click on the
button to open the "Add a Daily Hours Record" window.

Change the record status to
Subtract.

Set all other necessary parameters and click on the
button to add the Daily Hours record.
