Subtract Daily Hours for One Employee
  1. Click on the   button to enter the User Module.

  2. Click on the   button to open the Browse Employees window. This window contains a list of all the employees in the employee file.

  1. Select and highlight an employee from whom you wish to subtract daily hours.

  2. Select the Payroll - Daily Hours option to open the Browse Daily Employee Hours window. This window contains a list of all the daily hours records belonging to the selected employee.

  1. The From Date is the date from which the daily hours are viewed and may be changed by clicking on the button and selecting a new date from the calendar provided.

  1. Click on the button to open the "Add a Daily Hours Record" window.

  1. Change the record status to Subtract.

  2. Set all other necessary parameters and click on the button to add the Daily Hours record.
