The reports which ship with TNA 4 are preset with a number

for a report on your system.

select the Print Report option from the File
dropdown menu.

- From the list select the report
you want to change, and click on the Change button (instead
of the normal Print button.) The View Archive Reports
checkbox option enables all archived reports to be viewed.

-

-

or if you intend to use it only infrequently. TNA 4 contains hundreds
of reports. In order to keep the list that you see manageable most
of the reports are Archived. Therefore you should Archive reports
that you don't use.
-

-
Send To : Set the default destination for this report. You
can set a specific printer, file name or Email address. Or use the
most common default, which is to send the report to the screen.
-

then tick on this option.
-
Number of Lines per page : Adjust this number to match the
length of paper, and font, that you are using.
-

extremely quickly on almost all printers. It's also the best format
by far for dot-matrix printers. PDF is a great format if you intend
to Email, or archive the report, as it preserves it's own formatting.
-
Category : In each of the main modules is a Print button on
the toolbar. If you click on the one in the User module, then a list
of all the TNA reports pops up. If you're in the Access module then
the list only contains Access reports, and so on.
- Once changes have been made, select the
button to save
the changes.
