Change Leave for One Employee


Applicable version : 3.008 and later

  1. Click on the button to enter the User Module.

  2. Click on the button to open the Browse Employees window. This window contains a list of all the employees in the employee file.

  1. Select and highlight the employee who's leave you wish to change.

  2. Select the Payroll - Leave option to open the Browse Employee Leave window. This window contains a calendar illustrating the selected employee's leave for the specified year.

  1. Right-click on the leave you wish to change and select the Change option on the popup menu to open the Update Leave window.

  1. Change all necessary leave parameters and click on the button to update the leave record.
