Click on the
button to enter the User Module.

Click on the
button to open the Browse Employees window. This
window contains a list of all the employees in the
employee file.

Select and highlight the employee who's
leave you wish to change.

Select the Payroll -
Leave option to open the Browse Employee Leave window. This window contains
a calendar illustrating the selected employee's leave for the specified
year.

- Right-click on the leave you wish to change and select the Change option on the popup menu to open the
Update Leave window.

- Change all necessary leave parameters and click on the
button to update the leave record.
