Add Daily Hours for One Employee
  1. Click on the button to enter the User Module.

  2. Click on the button to open the Browse the Employees window. This window contains a list of all the employees in the employee file.

  1. Select and highlight an employee to whom you wish to add daily hours.

  2. Select the Payroll - Daily Hours option to open the Browse the Daily Employee Hours window. This window contains a list of all the daily hours records belonging to the selected employee.

The From Date is the date from which the daily hours are viewed and may be changed by clicking on the button and selecting a new date from the calendar provided. Also select the To Date as required.

  1. Click on the button to open the Update Daily Hours window.

  1. Set all necessary parameters and click on the button to add the daily hours record.
