Click on the
button to enter the User Module.

Click on the
button to open the Browse Employees window. This
window contains a list of all the employees in the
employee file.

Select and highlight an employee to whom you wish to add
payroll
hours.

Select the Payroll -
Payroll Hours option to open the Browse Employee Payroll Hours window.
This window contains a list of all the payroll hours records belonging
to the selected employee.

The From Date is the date from which the payroll hours
are viewed and may be changed by clicking on the
button and selecting a new date from the calendar provided.

- Click on the
button to open the Update Payroll Hours window.

- Set all necessary parameters and click on the
button to add the payroll hours record.
