Comparative Hardware List
 

The TNA 4 range includes a number of possible clocks that you can use. This list allows you to see which features are offered by which clock, so that you can see what hardware you require.

Device Range

Code Device Purpose
C32 CapeClock 32 Simple electronic time-clock. Basic functionality. TNA only (not Access Control or Job Costing.) Suitable for sites with less than 125 employees. Very cost effective.
C128 CapeClock 128 Fully functional, flagship of the range. Includes TNA, Access Control and Job Costing functionality Suitable for sites with under 3500 employees.
C256 CapeClock 256 Same as C128, but supports 9000 employees.
D128 CapeDoor 128 Same as C128, but only does Access Control. Does not have an LCD. Used to add additional access points to sites using C128's.
D256 CapeDoor 256 Same as C256, but only does Access Control. Does not have an LCD. Used to add additional access points to sites using C256's.
Cont Controller Used on sites with multiple clocks where synchronization is required (ie where employees can clock In on 1 clock, and clock Out on another). Usually only 1 controller per site is required.
JBox Junction Box Used when there are multiple clocks, but no controller. Also used when there is a single clock mounted more than 15m away from the PC.

Most browses (i.e. view employees or view clockings) can be sorted by selected columns. By mouse left-clicking on the relevant header, the view will be sorted according that column. Use the ctrl-key with the mouse to select multiple columns and the shift-key with the mouse to reset the columns.
