Access Module
  • Access clockings are now visible in the user module
  • Direction status is displayed next to the employee in the user module’s employee browse
  • Visitors can be views from the user module.
  • Assign a visitors card has been moved to the user module
  • The Who’s In or Out Screen is a menu item under the Query or Edit Menu’s Access Control
  • Card information has moved to the user module
  • Release cards have been moved to the user module’s task menu.
Reports Module
  • Browse reports and payrolls has moved to the user module
  • Edit reports and payrolls has moved to the configuration module’s report menu
  • Choose reports and payrolls has moved to the configuration module’s report menu
  • Schedule reports has moved to the configurations module’s reports menu
  • Add reports to toolbar has moved to the user module’s task menu
  • The report editor toolbox is only available when editing or changing a report via the configuration module
Hardware Module
  • Setup devices has moved to the user module and is also available from the configuration module
  • Mute and override siren has moved to the user modules’ tasks menu
  • Edit and create siren sets  has moved to the configurations modules’ setup menu
  • The setup of access rights, time zones, areas has moved to the configurations modules’ setup menu
  • The setup of function keys and clock messages has moved to the configurations modules’ setup menu
  • Update system files has moved to the configuration module’s update server settings
Batch Capture Module
  • Capture clockings has moved to the user module’s bulk menu
  • All import functions have moved to the user module’s file menu

TNA 4.20 is released

 
   
 

Most browses (i.e. view employees or view clockings) can be sorted by selected columns. By mouse left-clicking on the relevant header, the view will be sorted according that column. Use the ctrl-key with the mouse to select multiple columns and the shift-key with the mouse to reset the columns.
